Things are hotting up now. Looking at two properties one in Diamond Creek, one in Hurstbridge, both in contention. The Hursty one was a place we originally thought to be out of the running as we expected it to sell for a much higher cost. Having drawn up the list of pros and cons, its a tough call, but the one I really like has a fixed price. It is so tempting. I mean seriously, if they start haggling even with a set price we just walk away.
